A Temple For Rebirth

I almost didn’t write this today.
Not because I didn’t have anything to say — but because I’ve said so much in the past week that it feels like I’ve shed an entire skin.
This week has been a lot. Emotionally. Mentally. Energetically.
Putting my voice out there, one post at a time, has been its own kind of detox.
I’ve felt raw and exposed — but also seen, supported, and more aligned than I’ve been in a long time.
That’s the tension of truth-telling: it liberates, and it drains.
And I wouldn’t trade it.
This space — this blog — was never just about reflection.
This is a temple for rebirth
A sacred space I’m carving to bring all the pieces of myself together:
the spiritual seeker, the scientist, the creator, the woman, the mother, the medicine.
I’m here to be real. And I hope you are too.
My intention has always been deeper than storytelling —
it’s about alchemy.
To take pain and transmute it into power.
To take ingredients from nature and formulate healing.
To take the chaos of life and turn it into something beautiful.
We are here to heal — together.
To remember how resilient we are.
To learn how to feel again.
To tap into both the sacred and the scientific — the seen and unseen.
Because I don’t believe in separating the two.
I’ve always been both:
the girl with her head in a textbook and her heart in the stars.
The woman who can explain chemical reactions and still pause to honor moon cycles.
That duality is sacred to me.
It’s what I’m slowly building my next chapter on — one rooted in ritual, nourishment, and the kind of alignment that whispers:
This is who you’ve always been.
Over the next 33 days, you’ll see that start to bloom — not just in words but in practice.
I’ll begin to share more about the sacred flower at the center of this becoming — the lotus.
A plant that grows through the murkiest waters to become something radiant.
That’s not just a metaphor — it’s a blueprint.
But for now, just know: seeds are being planted.
And I’m watering them daily with truth, creativity, and care.
If you’ve been following along — reading quietly, sending silent support
Whether you stay for one more day or the full 40, I hope you walk away with something that reminds you of your own power to transform.
Thank you. Truly.
As one of the first books I ever picked up just for me once said:
“And, when you want something,
all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”
— The Alchemist, Paulo Coelho
