Rebirth in Bloom

Finding Inner Light Through Breathwork: A Diwali Reflection

Today I joined a breathwork session in the park with Spirit 11ouse — my absolute favorite people to do breathwork with. There’s something sacred about intentional breathing — how it connects the mind, body, and soul, helping you move through layers of stored trauma.

As I breathed, my hands instinctively moved to my lower back — the place that always aches, always carries tension. In that moment, I realized my body was holding the pain of feeling unsupported. Every breath revealed a truth: I had been carrying the weight of trying to be strong for everyone else while forgetting that I could lean on myself.

And then — the sun broke through the clouds.
Warmth kissed my skin, light poured over me, and it felt like a divine reminder:

I got me. I love me. I am enough. I am worthy.

On this Diwali, that is the message I feel called to share.
Never let the trauma of your past dim the light of your future.
There is no tunnel — you are the light.

It might flicker sometimes, hidden beneath fear or pain, but it never goes out. Breathe deeply, reach inward, and find it again. Let your glow radiate with compassion, joy, and faith.

Because lightness always triumphs over darkness.
This Diwali, let’s celebrate not just the lamps and fireworks around us, but the sacred flame within us — the one that guides us toward healing, love, and greatness.

If you’re curious about exploring breathwork and inner light, Spirit 11ouse offers beautiful virtual sessions that bring this experience to your own space. You can learn more at @Spirit 11ouse.

Happy Diwali, beautiful souls.
May your light shine boldly — for yourself and for the world. 🌕🪔💛
